The Customer is responsible for providing their child(ren) bedsheets for nap time, to collect them at the end of every week and return them washed at the beginning of every week. If a child soils the bedsheet, parents are also responsible to collect and wash them. A $10 laundry fee will be charged to the Customer if bedsheets are not collected and washed at the end of every week.

The Customer is responsible for providing meals for their child(ren) during childcare hours. That should include a minimum of 1 snack and a full meal for part-time and 2 snacks and 1 full meal for full-time.

The Customer is responsible for providing and labelling diapers and wipes for their child(ren).

This Agreement, including any registration, schedules and appendixes, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations, and assurances between them, whether written or oral.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and accustomed to the benefits of the parties and their representatives. The provisions of this Agreement are severable meaning if any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts. Each counterpart shall be considered an original.

This Agreement and any disputes shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.

In consideration of the child's participation in the NGDC Program, the Customer hereby consents to Program Employees providing Emergency Health Care to the child in the event that the Customer and emergency contacts are unreachable. Emergency Health Care means any medical or surgical treatment that is necessary to preserve the life, limb or function of the child, as determined by a qualified health care provider. The Customer agrees to reimburse Program Employees for any costs incurred in providing Emergency Health Care to the child and to indemnify and hold harmless Program Employees from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from or related to such Emergency Health Care.
